Submit nominations for health care technology management department best practices to the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) until September 30. The top six entries will gain recognition through an article in AAMI’s journal and on AAMI’s Web site. The entries will also be eligible for an excellence award to be presented at AAMI’s Annual Conference.
Nominations should focus on actions a department has taken to tackle a specific problem (device-related, personnel, finance, etc) or a new process that improved patient safety or efficiency.
Due to the large number of submissions received, only one submission per facility can be reviewed.
