Teleradiology Solutions (TRS), based in New Haven, Conn., has teamed up with Wipro GE Healthcare to make advanced radiology reporting services available to healthcare providers across India with previously limited access to these resources. Remote parts of the country are greatly in need of specialist radiologist reporting services.
The partnership will combine GE Healthcare’s medical technology leadership and wide reach across the country with TRS’ proprietary Radiology Workflow Solution, RADSpa, to make remote radiology reporting services accessible in Tier 2 and beyond markets.

The ratio between the radiologists and people in India is about 1:120,000, which is extremely low compared to the western world. Teleradiology’s RADSpa is one such solution that addresses the radiology skill gap existing today.
