Hekmat Mdalal is vice president of Technical Services at Conquest Imaging, an independent service provider of ultrasound parts, service, training, and repair. Hekmat supervises Conquest Imaging’s training, technical support, service, IT, and PCB repair departments. He teaches advanced level ultrasound service classes on Philips, ATL, HP, GE, Siemens, and Acuson systems.
Hekmat has 12 years of experience in diagnostic ultrasound imaging and is an expert on multi-vendor ultrasound service, training, and technical support. Diane Watson is the leader of MEDRAD’s Multi Vendor Service business. She oversees the team’s operations, sales, marketing, customer care, R&D, quality assurance, and business development. Diane’s MRI coil repair team repairs all make and models of coils in the US and abroad. With more than 20 years of experience as a coil OEM and with 35 coil patents, Diane’s coil team holds the highest coil repair rates in the industry. The MVS coil repair facility is ISO 13485:2003 certified and is located within MEDRAD’s Heilman Center, winner of the 2007 IndustryWeek Best Plant Award.

Dale Cover is vice president and Director of Training at RSTI, a world leader in advanced training for radiological service professionals. Over the past 20 years, Dale has instructed all phases of RSTI's complete X-ray Certificate Series, and numerous courses in mammography, computed tomography, and cardiac catheterization system. Dale began his electronics career in 1976, serving the US Army as a microwave and satellite systems service technician. Until joining RSTI in 1990, Dale continued his work in the satellite communications field, building satellites for TRW and servicing US Space Command communications equipment with ITT in Thule, Greenland.
