Distributor Contact East announced it now carries Tektronix TDS5000 Series digital
phosphor oscilloscopes. They feature up to 1GHz bandwidth, 5GS/s real-time sample rate, 8
MB record length and 100,000 wfm/s maximum waveform capture rate. The flexible user
interface allows the scope to be controlled five different ways: analog-style knobs,
graphic menus, mouse/keyboard, or optional touchscreen and voice control modes. Call

Defibrillator
Bio-Tek upgraded its popular QED-6 defibrillator analyzer to increase its usefulness in
testing automated external defibrillators (AEDs) and patient monitors. Three new shockable
waveforms were added to the Energy Mode: VTACH2 (240 bpm monomorphic), VTACH3 (300 bpm
polymorphic) and asystole. This allows the QED-6 to thoroughly check arrhythmia detection
