Is Your Organization Ready for CRM?
And Are You Prepared to Implement It?
While nearly every organization has heard about CRM, not all truly understand it in terms
of why it is needed, what is required to get it started and what needs to be done once it
is implemented. This is particularly true in the medical services segment. This
presentation focuses on these key issues, but also provides a primer for understanding
just how ready your organization is for CRM and what you will need to do to get your
organizations CRM initiative kick-started.

Survivor: Todays Maintenance Management Challenge
Are you a survivor? Do you have the aggressive skills to survive the todays health
care challenges? When the tribal council meets, how will they cast their vote for you:
stay or be replaced? Do you have the endurance, tools and knowledge to meet the
challenges? One is a reward challenge, in which the employees
compete for luxuries such as more work, more responsibilities and possible pay raises at
the end of the year. The second is an immunity challenge, in which the employees and their
department compete for the most valuable prize immunity from being outsourced from
the Tribal Council. Occasionally, the reward and immunity challenges were combined, with
employees receiving both a reward of more work and temporary immunity from being
outsourced. Will you and your co-workers work as a team and be Survivors?
