GE Digital Energy has released the new 750kVA SG series digital energy uninterruptible power supply (UPS), which delivers greater efficiency with a smaller footprint.
Large data centers and mission critical facilities will find a 2.5% increase from previous 750kVA designs, a 30% smaller footprint, and maximum efficiency greater than 94%.
Operating in a double conversion mode with continuous on-line voltage and frequency independent operation, the 750kVA utilizes GE’s Intelligent Energy Management, which automatically determines the most efficient mode of operation for the Redundant Parallel Architecture system. Compatible with full
GE or non-GE systems, it offers front service access and eliminates the need for an input isolation transformer, which reduces maintenance, installation, and repair costs.
The 750kVA utilizes an optional simple network management protocol plug-in card, allowing the UPS to be managed with an existing network management system or with digital energy exclusive UPS with non-proprietary service software architecture.
