Group purchasing organization Premier Inc has awarded Life Systems Inc with an agreement to provide equipment repair and service on endoscopic equipment for network members.

Through this nationwide agreement, Premier’s more than 2,000 hospitals and 51,000 other health care providers can protect their capital investment with repair and service for flexible and rigid endoscopy equipment.

Founded in 1992, Life Systems Inc specializes in portfolio purchases and refurbishment of endoscopic equipment with a goal to provide management of equipment lifecycles through cost containment and asset maximization.

Owned by nonprofit hospitals, Premier health care alliance operates a health care purchasing network.
