The Joint Commission (TJC) will host a Webinar on compliance updates to keep organizations knowledgeable and fully prepared for implementation throughout 2012.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has Conditions of Participation (CoPs) that health care organizations must meet, from a federal perspective, in order to participate in the Medicare & Medicaid programs. TJC has standards that focus on systems and processes critical to the safety and quality of care organizations provide. Today, many organizations find it challenging to stay current with updates of both programs.

The speakers at the Webinar, scheduled for February 8 from 12 noon until 1 pm Central Time, will highlight CMS CoP updates, discuss JC standards that are now aligned with CMS CoPs, and more.
