Southfield, Mich.-based Phoenix Data Systems, Inc. and Salt Lake City-based oneSOURCE Document Site have integrated their respective online tools to deliver a new technology that will help healthcare facilities operate in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards, company officials say.

oneSOURCE Document Site manages an online database of biomedical maintenance and service preventive maintenance documents. Further, Phoenix Data Systems offers the AIMS Software that allows users access to document retrieval quickly and easily. Specifically, AIMS is a computerized maintenance management system technology for managing assets, facilities, and maintenance operations for healthcare organizations.

Heather Thomas, CMO, vice president of sales and marketing for oneSOURCE, spoke out about the new partnership, commenting: “The AIMS/oneSOURCE interface creates a single environment for all documentation needs. Now, through the AIMS software, healthcare technology managers can better manage their preventive maintenance programs with access to biomedical maintenance and service manuals, including end-of-life documentation for obsolete items, found on oneSOURCE.”
