Iatric Systems Inc has acquired the business assets of Accent on Integration Inc (AOI). Iatric Systems, which focuses on IT integration, adds the Dallas-based company and its Accelero Connect, a manufacturer- and modality-neutral integration platform, among other offerings, including AOI’s portfolio of consulting and professional services.
Iatric Systems will retain AOI personnel, including AOI co-founders Marc C. Andiel, president and CEO, and Jeff McGeath, VP and chief technology officer. Andiel will become senior VP, professional service,s and will oversee Iatric Systems’ professional services division. McGeath becomes VP, patient-care device integration, and will oversee Accelero Connect and projects related to patient-care devices.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
