Twinsburg, Ohio-based reLink Medical announces that it has completed the acquisition of DMSolutions LLC, a growth services firm focused on driving top-line revenue through strategic partnerships and alliances. Moreover, David Sluka, DMSolutions’ founder and CEO, has recently joined the reLink Medical team as senior vice president of sales.
Ray Dalton, founder and executive chairman of reLink Medical, believes both developments will be a boon to company operations. “reLink Medical believes this acquisition will further strengthen its equipment disposition and trade in desk channel presence with both the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and national independent service organization (ISO) communities,” Dalton says. “DMSolutions’ focus on building strategies relative to strengthening relationships with the OEM and corporate clients, combined with proven sales process development and improvement, will further accelerate our continued growth in the area of end-of-life clinical asset management.”
Dalton adds: “David brings a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge of the medical device marketplace to us and we look forward to learning from him.”
Sluka also spoke out about the acquisition, commenting: “I’m thrilled to be a part of the executive team at reLink,” he says. “The growth record of the company during its first few years is impressive, and I look forward to helping expand its presence and value into additional markets and channels.
