InnerWireless Inc and PanGo Networks Inc have merged to create a fully integrated wireless and location services company.
The newly combined company will offer end-to-end turnkey solutions combining PanGo’s location services platform and asset tracking applications software with InnerWireless’ radio frequency management platform, Horizon.
The companies will provide architecture supporting a range of location technologies tailored to each customer and will be able to integrate its asset tracking system, PanGo Locator, or third-party systems.
Financial details about the merger were not disclosed but PanGo’s investor group will appoint one member to InnerWireless’ board of directors.
