Sonora Medical Systemsis has promoted Carol Deitesfeld to the newly created position of chief financial officer.
Deitesfeld has worked as Sonora’s controller but the company said in a statement that it has reached a point in its development where an industry savvy CFO needs to be a part of the team.
Prior to working for Sonora, Deitesfeld was the division controller for EPPENDORF-5, a subsidiary of Eppenddorf AG, Hamburg, Germany. She has an undergraduate degree in international studies from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Denver.
