The Colorado Association of Biomedical Equipment Technicians (CABMET) is calling on its members to help Project CURE.

The nonprofit states that its mission is to “identify, solicit, collect, sort, and distribute medical supplies and services according to the imperative needs of the world” and has been delivering aid around the world for 20 years.

Headquartered in Colorado, the project needs help checking patient monitors for upcoming loads from its Brighton facility. The group sends out two 40-foot cargo containers a week.

The facility is open on the next two Saturdays, April 7 and 14 from 9 am to 3 pm with lunch provided to volunteers.
