At the halfway point in construction of a new $120 million hospital building, the Methodist Richardson Medical Center in Richardson, TX, has announced that it will broadcast the construction on the Web. General contractor Rogers-O’Brien Construction has selected EarthCam’s MegapixelCam construction camera to document the construction. The 266,250-square-foot hospital will feature a women’s pavilion, level III neonatal intensive care unit, labor, delivery and recovery services, an advanced neuroscience program, advanced cardiac care and more. The new hospital is slated to open in the fall of 2014.
