Dynamic Imaging Maintains Strong Customer Satisfaction

For the fourth consecutive quarter, Dynamic Imaging has topped MD Buyline’s user satisfaction rankings, further cementing its reputation for customer service in the PACS industry.

The Web-based image and information management provider has maintained the highest composite user satisfaction score of the 10 PACS vendors evaluated on MDbuyline.com since July 2006.

“MD Buyline Full Intelligence Report for PACS” updates its independent rankings based on evaluations by network members, who represent 3,200 hospitals.

For the fourth quarter of 2006, Dynamic Imaging earned a composite user satisfaction score of 9.0 on a 10-point scale. IntegradWeb, the company’s PACS, topped five of the site’s seven individual evaluation categories, scoring 9.2 in product flexibility.
