After evaluating several picture archiving communications systems (PACS), the Massachusetts General Physicians Organization imaging center and the Partners Community Healthcare hospital have selected the NovaPACS to improve scalability and image quality.
NovaPACS provides physicians with complete access to images and reports from any computer, and offers fast image retrieval, full-feature viewer with intuitive interface, and 7-year on-site archive with off site emergency back up.
The installations mark the 10th NovaPACS installation in the state of Massachusetts.
As a complement to its NovaPACS, Partners Community Healthcare will also be installing NovaRad’s NovaRIS. Developed on the same platform as NovaPACS, NovaRIS generates reports, measures profitability, and facilitates paperless management of patient records.
