Philips announces a milestone 1,000th installation of its EasyDiagnost Eleva digital radiography/fluoroscopy solution, and announces new system enhancements.
The newest install was performed at the St Elizabeth Regional Health in Lafayette, Ind, which is part of a network of 13 hospital campuses in Indiana and Illinois, owned and operated by the Sisters of St Francis Health Services.
The EasyDiagnost Eleva DRF room solution will allow the hospital to manage both high-quality digital radiography as well as fluoroscopy applications in one room.
Combining the EasyDiagnost Eleva with a digital vertical stand and/or a digital detector in the table allows hospitals to create two-in-one radiography and fluoroscopy rooms that meet specific needs.
Newly introduced features include the same touch-screen user interface offered on a variety of Philips X-ray systems, automatic image stitching, and tracking abilities.
