The Clinical Engineering & IT Community (CE-IT) has announced that it will be holding a virtual town hall meeting on July 22 on the regulatory issues involving medical device integration. The online meeting will be moderated by Elliot Sloane, PhD (a 24×7 editorial board member), and will feature a presentation by Elisabeth Roberts, Philips Healthcare vice president of global regulations and standards. The CE-IT Community is a collaboration among AAMI, ACCE, and HIMSS. Registration for the event, scheduled for 12:00 noon Eastern time on July 22, is free.
