On October 17 at noon Eastern time (US), AAMI will be conducting a free online demonstration of its revamped benchmarking program for clinical engineering departments. The software allows healthcare technology management departments to compare themselves against facilities of comparable size around the world and to benchmark financial and staffing issues, processes, policies, and procedures.
According to AAMI, the upgraded software offers an improved user interface, with survey questions, results, charts, and graphs displayed in a dashboard format. Subscribers can also toggle filters to look at specific subsets of data. Subscribers get year-round access and can update or analyze their data at any time, as well as ask benchmarking experts questions. They also receive an annual benchmarking report.
