Accelarad announces that Orlando Health will implement its diagnostic image sharing technology platform SeeMyRadiology.com.
SeeMyRadiology.com is an online community for medical image exchange that allows for collaboration and communication among health care providers and patients via a cloud computing platform.
It allows clinicians to review medical image information via the Web or mobile device to assess a patient’s condition before a transfer is made, giving clinicians immediate access to images and reports.
“Until medical images are easily and routinely exchanged through health information exchanges (HIE) or regional health information organizations (RHIOs), the SeeMyRadiology.com cloud will allow Orlando Health the ability to do something that few can do—exchange images in real time to and from clinicians throughout the state,” said Accelarad CEO Willie Tillery.
