The deadline is approaching to submit a proposal to present at the AAMI 2016 Conference and Expo in Tampa, Fla, June 3–6, 2016. Proposals must be submitted online by October 30, 2015.
The organization is seeking experts to present on a range of topics, including methods for implementing new technologies, case studies sharing “lessons learned” in the healthcare technology management field, scalable techniques to improve efficiency and save costs, communication strategies for interacting with other departments, programs for increasing patient safety and reducing risk, career development tips, and proven management strategies. AAMI welcomes proposals from clinical engineers, biomedical equipment technicians, information technology professionals, physicians, nurses, academics, research and development managers, CEOs, administrators, and consultants.
Those participating will receive a complimentary registration to attend the rest of the conference, as well as increased visibility in the HTM community.
