AAMI_Expo_arrow_40024×7 has debuted the second episode in its occasional podcast series, 24×7 Conversations. In this installment, chief editor John Bethune and managing editor Jenny Lower cover the 2015 AAMI Conference & Expo, the largest in the association’s history, with some 2,300 HTM professionals, speakers, and vendors in attendance. Held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver June 5–8, the gathering featured several new touches that helped make it a success.

Interviewees featured here include Tirza Lofgreen, director of education for AAMI, on coordinating the association’s first annual meeting in Denver; Jack Barrett, national business development manager for Rigel Medical, on the testing equipment his company highlighted during the show; Valdez Bravo of the VA Portland Health Care System on his presentation, Engaging the C-Suite: Leading from the Basement; and Jim Welch, executive vice president of product development for Sotera Wireless, on his presentation on vital signs monitoring.
