Toshiba America Medical Systems Inc, Tustin, Calif, announced strategic partnerships with Radimetrics Inc, Toronto, and Phoenix Technology Corp, Woodstock, Ga. The partnerships will enhance dose management capabilities and support Toshiba customers through American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation.
Toshiba will now offer Radimetrics eXposure software, which automatically captures and calculates patient radiation dose. eXposure integrates seamlessly with existing PACS/RIS/imaging modalities and is customizable to comply with patient safety and regulatory reporting requirements.
Phoenix Technology will partner with Toshiba to provide Toshiba’s clients with turnkey physics solutions to the ACR accreditation process. Phoenix Technology’s physicists will aid Toshiba customers by assisting with the facilities’ quality assurance program and provide the required physics testing and support required in order to obtain ACR accreditation.
