The Joint Commission will hold a two-day comprehensive seminar on February 26 and February 27 that provides lessons learned from last year plus the vision and goals for next year.

Joint Commission engineers comprise the faculty for the class that will include a comprehensive overview of:

  • The survey process.
  • Existing Joint Commission EC standards, intents, and upcoming changes.
  • Information on the Life Safety Code as it is applied to health care occupancies under the Joint Commission’s Statement of Conditions.

In addition, participants will have the opportunity to ask candid questions and engage in discussion with key Joint Commission staff who have in-depth knowledge of the standards.

The registration fee also includes a copy of the new Environment of Care Tracer Workbook.
