Joint Commission Resources (JCR) will offer the Maximizing Tracer Activities one-day class on March 13, 2013 in Las Vegas.

Held from 8 am until 4 pm, the program offers an advanced, interactive workshop that integrates case studies, program-specific tracers, aggregate data exercises, and workouts.

Designed for participants who already understand the practical insights into tracer methodology—what it is, how it is used, and how it improves the way an organization assesses its systems and processes for continuous improvement—but seek more hands-on experiential learning activities to evaluate their organization’s culture of safety, quality of care, and opportunities for improvement.

Taught by Julia Napper, RN, BSN, MBA, CPHQ, consultant, JCR, the workshop includes the latest information on tracers, along with recommended tips and strategies that can be implemented after leaving the program.
